May 7 - St. Augustine, FL

Today was a sightseeing catch up kind of day.  We headed out before noon with the babies to walk around historic St. Augustine.  This city is one of the oldest cities in the USA, it has settlement history back 444 years so for something in the US, that is pretty old since the actual country itself is just over 200 years old.

Pictures from around St. Augustine.         ( By the way, you can click on any picture and get a larger version )

The dogs loved chasing the pigeons.

Fort Marion.

The dock at the municipal marina.

These birds hang out on the docks.  The dogs were a bit hesitant to approach them.

We also did laundry, went to West Marine and went grocery shopping.  After restocking the boat, We did an early mothers day celebration and Beth requested steak.  So after grilling on the back of the boat we dined in style, watched some TV and went to bed pretty early as we plan to depart early tomorrow.
